Mississippi Mission Trip
As a part of our continued presence in Shaw, Mississippi with Delta Hands for Hope, a mission team went down to Shaw the June 26th to July 2, 2011. The Group was led by Christine Browder and our pastor, Jason Coker. Our church was joined in Mississippi by Trinity Baptist Church from Moultrie, Georgia, led by Pastor Matt Marston. We spend the week continuing our clean-up efforts on Mainstreet, painted and repointed an exterior wall for the Presentation Sisters, and held a Vacation Bible School for the children in the area.
